Joe writes: The best hook on the Kanye West album turned out to be written by Mike Oldfield.
Now the best hook on the James Blake album turns out to have been written by his dad.
Call me old-fashioned but I value songwriting and I'm disappointed to discover James Blake's hooks are written by other people (including CMYK which samples Kelis but isn't on the album).
I still bought the album on vinyl but I wouldn't have without his dad's and Feist's contributions.
